Professor Yue Zhang

About Me

I am an assistant professor in the theoretical particle physics group at Carleton University, and faculty member of the Arthur B. McDonald Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute.  I am also an affiliate member of the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics.

I obtained my PhD in theoretical physics from Peking University in 2009, under the supervision of Professor Xiangdong Ji. I spent two years as a visiting graduate students at University of Maryland College Park. Afterwards, I held postdoctoral research positions at the International Center for Theoretical Physics in Trieste Italy, California Institute of Technology, Northwestern University and Fermilab, before joining Carleton University.
